Refund Policy

Manovex Pro is a digital software subscription. This policy explains when a refund may be requested and how refund requests are handled.

1. Refund Window

You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if you purchased accidentally, were charged twice, or cannot access the paid service after contacting support.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds may not be available after the 7-day window, after substantial use of paid features, for incorrect expectations not caused by a service issue, or where the account violates our Terms and Conditions.

3. Duplicate or Failed Payments

If a duplicate payment is confirmed, or a payment succeeded but access was not activated, contact us with your account email and payment ID. We will either activate access or process an eligible refund.

4. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method through Razorpay or the relevant payment provider. Bank and payment provider timelines may vary, but refunds commonly take 5 to 10 business days after approval.

5. How To Request A Refund

Email info@manovex.in with your registered email address, payment ID, payment date, and reason for refund.

6. Legal Rights

This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under law.
