These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of Manovex, a browser-based speed reading and reading productivity software service operated by Manovex Ventures Private Limited, Kolhapur, Maharashtra, India.
1. Service
Manovex provides tools for focused reading, RSVP speed reading, WPM control, document reading, sample reading, reading progress, comprehension support, and related productivity features. The service is provided through the website at https://manovex.in.
2. Accounts
Some features require account creation. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate account and contact information.
3. Subscription
Manovex Pro is sold as a paid digital subscription. The current public plan is an annual access plan priced at USD 11 per year unless a different price is shown at checkout. Taxes, card charges, bank charges, or currency conversion charges may apply based on your payment method and country.
4. Payments
Payments are processed by Razorpay and supported payment partners. Manovex does not store full card numbers, CVV, or payment instrument details on its own servers. Payment success is subject to authorization by the payment provider and issuing bank.
5. User Files and Content
Users may upload or paste documents for reading. Files are processed locally in the browser where possible. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to access and read any material you upload, import, or paste into Manovex.
6. Acceptable Use
You may not use Manovex for unlawful activity, abuse, reverse engineering, unauthorized access, infringement, automated scraping, or any activity that harms the service or other users.
7. Availability
We aim to keep Manovex available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change as the product improves, and temporary downtime may occur for maintenance, network issues, or third-party service issues.
8. Intellectual Property
The Manovex name, interface, software, design, content, and related product materials are owned by Manovex Ventures Private Limited or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable right to use the service according to these terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
Manovex is provided as a productivity and reading assistance tool. We do not guarantee a specific improvement in reading speed, comprehension, exam performance, or academic result. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the current subscription period.
